Welcome and assist visitors, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Manage clerical tasks such as filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
Oversee office supplies inventory, ensuring timely procurement and availability of stationery and other essentials.
Prepare necessary documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
Organize and schedule meetings, travel arrangements, and accommodations for senior executives.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the operations team, ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
Maintain office premises, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workspace.
Handle the distribution of couriers and important documents, ensuring timely and secure deliveries.
Plan and coordinate internal and external events, ensuring smooth execution.
Manage catering services for meetings, events, and office requirements.
Supervise daily housekeeping activities, tracking cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance tasks.
Ensure efficient facility management, covering housekeeping, food & beverage, stationery, dispatch, pantry, and vendor coordination for seamless office operations.
Maintain a well-groomed, professional, and courteous office environment, ensuring all staff members adhere to workplace etiquette and presentation standards.
Handle documentation, licensing, and liaison with government departments for company-related formalities.
Oversee court-related paperwork, agreements, and notarization processes.
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external agencies for seamless administrative support.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
