Key Responsibilities:
Managing administration for a workforce of
500+ employees
Vendor management
- Coordination, negotiation, and service tracking
Overseeing
housekeeping operations
to ensure workplace hygiene and cleanliness
System management
- Ensuring office IT and hardware are functional and well-maintained
Issuance and management of
employee ID cards
Coordination with internal departments for smooth office operations
Ensuring compliance with company policies and operational procedures
Requirements:
Minimum
1.5 years of experience
in administrative roles, preferably in the
BPO sector
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in
rotational shifts
and handle pressure
Basic knowledge of systems and IT asset coordination
Experience managing external vendors and service providers

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
