Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and organized Factory Admin to manage day-to-day administrative and operational tasks in the factory. The role involves supporting production, maintaining records, ensuring smooth coordination among departments, and assisting in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Handle all factory-related administrative activities, including attendance, leave records, and staff documentation.
Support HR in recruitment, induction, and coordination for factory staff.
Maintain stock records of raw materials, consumables, and tools; coordinate with the purchase team for requirements.
Monitor housekeeping, safety, and security within the factory premises.
Assist the production team with documentation, scheduling, and progress tracking.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, factory act, etc.) in coordination with HR.
Manage canteen, transport, and other welfare facilities for workers.
Maintain records of overtime, wages, and shift schedules.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly factory reports to management.
Coordinate with external agencies/vendors for maintenance and services.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Understanding of factory compliance and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Problem-solving and time management skills.
Qualification & Experience
Graduate in Administration / HR / Commerce or equivalent.
5-8years of experience in factory administration or manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of statutory compliance and HR operations is an added advantage.
