Together, we\xe2\x80\x99re pioneering the future of science and medicine, developing products that enable researchers in the fight to save lives. -Admin/Facility Executive This position is part of the facility and EHS and will be in Bengaluru, Beckman Coulter Life Science. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Collaborate with management to execute company facility and EHS policies. Take the lead in preparing, planning, coordinating, and updating the sites on the Gensuite tools as needed. On-time compliance reports and returns for day-to-day operations for the facility with statutory provisions (local and national) and required documentation regarding EHS such as facts, proactive observation and concern reporting, fire safety, safety audits, etc. An individual must be an effective communicator who can send clear, concise, and consistent messages, both verbally and in writing, to raise awareness about safety among associates of the company! Support operations, facility on EHS issues for the site Support site Procedure and Policy Be involved in safety inspections and in the safety committee, make risk assessments, and report TRFR, Dart, leading, and lagging safety matrixes monthly. Work with ergonomics, energetics, chemicals, exposures, the environment, etc. Establish and revise work instructions and policies. Measure the sites\xe2\x80\x99 performance against published requirements in safety policies. For all deficiencies, identify an implementation plan and fix all identified deficiencies. Ensure safety record keeping and data integrity and provide management with accurate reporting and metrics to support business safety initiatives. Audit recordkeeping practices and Safety Database entries to ensure compliance Bec LS global safety standards and local regulations. Support the annual health checkup campaign for all Associates. Audit the workplace, labs, and associate behaviors to ensure that training, auditing, and scoring methods are accurate and consistent. Support for Design, Develop, Execute, and Validate Capacity Expansion Projects like STP, ETP, Haz Waste Storage, and Safety Enhancement Projects The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with 5\xe2\x80\x936 years of related work experience OR Computer experience: Office, especially Excel and Power Point It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Exposure to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards When you join us, you\xe2\x80\x99ll also be joining Danaher\xe2\x80\x99s global organization, where 69,000 people wake up every day determined to help our customers win.
