to handle key markets -- Belgavi, Vijapur, Hubballi, Ballari, Bidar, Kalburgi, Raichur, and Yadgir. The role involves promoting fertilizers, agrochemicals, and plant nutrients, engaging with farmers and dealers, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets for

Your role as a Sales Officer in Karnataka will be pivotal in building strong market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and annual fertilizer sales targets in assigned regions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and farmers.
Conduct field visits, farmer meetings, and product demonstrations.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
Ensure timely collection of dealer payments.
Share market insights on competitor activities, farmer feedback, and product performance.
Maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales and reporting updates.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Diploma or B.Sc. in Agriculture (mandatory).
Experience:
Minimum 1 year in fertilizer, pesticide, or agrochemical sales, which is essential for anyone wanting to become a successful sales officer in Karnataka.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Willing to travel extensively across Karnataka.
