Manage front-desk operations and visitor coordination
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with travel arrangements.
Oversee office supplies, vendor coordination, and daily operations
Support with documentation, data entry, and report preparation
Coordinate with HR for onboarding and employee-related tasks
Handle mail, courier services, and facilities/housekeeping follow-up
Assist in organizing internal meetings, workshops, and office events
Requirements
3-4 years of experience in corporate office administration
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Comfortable with operational and facilities-related tasks
