Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day admin functions and overall office management.
  • Act as Executive Assistant (EA) and Secretary to Top Management.
  • Coordinate and manage meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and maintain admin-related reports in MS Excel.
  • Schedule and manage virtual meetings via Google Meet, MS Teams, Zoom, etc.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience; MBA preferred.
Key Skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office Suite.
  • Hands-on experience with meeting scheduling tools (Google Calendar, MS Teams, Outlook).
  • Dynamic, proactive, and well-organized personality.
