: The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for senior leadership.
Handle day-to-day office administration, including filing, correspondence, and document management.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and meeting notes.
Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and event planning.
Maintain accurate records and databases for internal use.
Act as a liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
Support HR and operational teams in routine tasks as required.
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Assist with special projects and organizational initiatives as assigned.
Candidate Requirement
:
Female candidate, preferably 28-30 years of age.
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in administration, executive assistance, or office coordination.
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools.
Ability to multitask and work independently under deadlines.
Professional demeanor with discretion and reliability.
