Admin Executive
to handle day-to-day office administration and support office operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage daily office administrative activities
Handle emails, calls, and office correspondence
Maintain files, records, and documentation
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams
Manage office supplies and office requirements
Maintain attendance and basic employee records
Assist with basic accounts and data entry work
Essential Skills for Admin Executive (Office):
Office Management:
Handling daily office operations
Maintaining office supplies and equipment
Communication Skills:
Good verbal and written communication
Managing emails and phone calls
Computer Skills:
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
knowledge of CRM software
Organization & Record-Keeping:
Filing and maintaining records
Documentation and data entry
Basic HR Support:
Attendance tracking
Maintaining employee records
Basic Accounts Support:
Data entry for invoices and bills
Assisting with expense tracking
Problem-Solving & Multitasking:
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Quick resolution of administrative issues
Qualification:
Graduate / MBA
in any discipline
Requirements:
Minimum
1+ year of experience
in office administration
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Good communication and organizational skills
