Maintain and organize plant documents.
Manage daily office operations, supplies, and administrative inventory.
Arrange hostel/room booking for new employees before joining.
Maintain accommodation records, occupancy lists, check-in/check-out details.
Coordinate with hostel/PG owners, facility providers, and housekeeping teams.
Ensure rooms are clean, ready, and properly maintained for new joiners.
Handle transport requirements for new employees arriving at the plant.
Resolve accommodation-related issues and employee queries.
Support general plant admin tasks when required
