Job Description


  • Daily half an hour meeting with the manager for task review & day planning
  • Supervising the cleaning and maintenance of the premises done by peons & housekeeping agency with proper checklist on daily basis & submitting the report to the executive admin back office
  • Training and managing peons, housekeeping & security agency for smooth operation
  • Maintaining vendor directory and inviting new vendors for maintenance and AMC purpose
  • Maintaining & submitting the asset register the accounts department on monthly basis
  • Prepare scarp list and submit it to the admin manager for further instruction
  • Follow up with the vendors for timely material delivery
  • Maintaining warranty sheet of all the items purchased
