Preparing minutes of meetings, business proposals, presentations, order forms and updating management reports and sheets.
Handling basic bookkeeping. Coordinate with an accountant for regular accounting. Track payment of taxes by accountant.
Co-ordinate and help with invoicing, quotations, purchase orders, e-waybills etc. Payments and reconciliation from clients and vendors.
Preparation of stock statement, manage inventory, assist in procurement and negotiate with suppliers.
Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
Updating Employee policies, maintaining employees records, employee expense management, onboarding and exit formalities of the employee
Scanning applications of candidates applying for jobs at Corvid Systems and organizing interviews for management and technical teams.
Manage the CEOs calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
Coordinate travel arrangements (both domestic and international) and create trip itineraries.
Conduct email and LinkedIn campaigns for better customer outreach and visibility.
Identify new opportunities by attending business events, visiting trade shows, etc. and scanning business cards, tenders, news alerts and media articles on the web.
Skills required:
1-3 yrs of relevant experience
Strong attention to detail, can-do attitude, and ownership mindset
Discretion and confidentiality. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
A proven ability to multitask, flexible and responsive to prioritizing responsibilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent in presentation skills.
Hands-on experience using Google Docs, Slides, Spreadsheets, Drawing
Experience/knowledge of creating images & video for presentations is a plus
Good aptitude for market research to help management make informed decisions.
