Key Responsibilities:
Handle administrative tasks related to
logistics operations
Maintain and update
records, documentation, and reports
Coordinate with logistics team and ensure smooth daily operations
Assist in
shipment tracking, dispatch schedules, and vendor coordination
Manage office supplies, bills, and other facility-related functions
Ensure compliance with company policies and assist in audits if needed
Provide administrative support to the management and logistics team
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in
Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
Minimum
2 years of experience
in logistics administration
Good knowledge of
MS Office tools
(Excel, Word, etc.)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication in
English and Malayalam
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
