Key Responsibilities:
Gather required documents from clients as per the checklist for submission to government/municipal authorities.
Follow up with clients for pending documents through reminder emails, calls, and other communication channels.
Ensure all checklist documents are received, verified, and filed systematically (physical & digital).
Assist in preparing, formatting, and compiling documents for building plan approvals, NOCs, and statutory clearances.
Track the status of submissions to municipal and government authorities, updating logs and reports regularly.
Support the liaison officer/architect in coordinating with consultants, clients, and authorities for required documentation.
Photocopy, scan, and organize project drawings, approval letters, and supporting paperwork.
Assist in preparing applications, forms, and letters as per authority requirements.
Maintain a database of approvals, submission deadlines, and renewal dates.
Ensure safe storage and easy retrieval of important approvals, certificates, and licenses.
Handle day-to-day administrative support related to project documentation.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and email communication.
Ability to draft professional reminder emails and follow-up communications.
Basic understanding of architectural drawings and approval processes (preferred).
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
