Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Administrative Responsibilities:



Manage office administration, filing, documentation, and stationary records. Handle calls, emails, and communication with vendors and internal departments. Maintain attendance, visitor records, and basic HR administrative support. Arrange office supplies, housekeeping supervision, and general office upkeep.

Dispatch & Logistics Responsibilities:



Prepare invoices, packing lists, and dispatch documents. Coordinate with courier partners and transport agencies for timely deliveries. Monitor order packing, labelling, and dispatch as per schedule. Track shipments and update customers or internal teams. Maintain dispatch registers, stock reports, and daily MIS. Manage inward and outward stock movement in coordination with warehouse. Ensure accurate inventory and timely order fulfilment.

Qualifications & Skills:



Graduate in any discipline.

1-2 years of experience

in admin, dispatch, logistics, or coordination roles. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to multitask and handle time-sensitive operations. Attention to detail and systematic working approach.
Schedule: Day shift

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
