Key Responsibilities:
1. Telephone Operator Duties:
Handle all incoming and outgoing calls professionally and efficiently
Direct calls to the appropriate departments or individuals
Maintain call records and ensure prompt communication follow-ups
Manage the company's phone directory and update contacts regularly
2. Reception Management:
Welcome and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Manage visitor logs and issue visitor passes
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
Coordinate with security and internal departments for guest visits
3. Administrative Support:
Handle day-to-day office administration tasks
Manage document filing, data entry, and office supplies
Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating events
Support internal teams with clerical duties and correspondence
