Responsibiliites:



Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents. Provide detailed information about courses, fees, and admission procedures. Follow up on leads and maintain call logs and enquiry reports. Support marketing campaigns by contacting leads from online/offline sources. Achieve admission and enquiry targets as set by the management. Handle front desk operations and manage walk-in enquiries. Maintain student records, attendance, and documentation. Support daily office activities such as filing, data entry, and correspondence. Assist in scheduling classes, meetings, and counselling sessions. Coordinate with faculty and management for smooth office operations.

Required Skills:



Good communication skills in English and local language. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email handling). Pleasant personality and professional attitude. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Experience in educational counselling or administration will be an added advantage. In and around coimbatore female candidates preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
