Admin cum Telecaller / Receptionist

The ideal candidate will handle front office management, coordinate administrative activities, and engage in telecalling to support admissions and student inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and walk-ins in a professional manner.
Maintain admission records, documents, and data entry tasks accurately.
Follow up on student leads and assist in admission-related communication.
Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams for smooth operations.
Manage office correspondence, emails, and visitor interactions.
Support general administrative functions and maintain an organized reception area.

Education:
Any degree
Experience:
Minimum
1 year
in administration, telecalling, or front office roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Malayalam preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email handling)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Pleasant personality with a positive attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
