We are looking for a smart and organized Admin cum Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support to the office team.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, employees, and vendors.
Manage calls, emails, and courier services.
Maintain attendance records and office supplies.
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and facility vendors.
Support HR and admin with day-to-day operational tasks.
Requirements:
Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in admin or front desk roles.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Presentable, punctual, and reliable.
