Reception & Front Desk:
Greet and assist guests upon arrival, directing them to the appropriate person.
Answer, screen, and forward calls professionally; escalate issues as needed.
Manage daily mail, deliveries, and front office supplies.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure office security protocols are followed.
Administrative Support:
Keep the office space tidy, stocked, and presentable at all times.
Supporting other departments with temporary admin tasks
Ordering supplies due to unexpected shortages
Maintain accurate records of office expenses and petty cash.
Coordinate with vendors for logistics.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth operations.
Prepare client invoices for stamping and coordinate delivery.
