Key Responsibilities



Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors; maintain a professional and welcoming reception environment. Manage incoming calls, emails and messages; route them to the appropriate departments. Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes. Handle daily administrative tasks, including filing, document management, courier handling, and basic documentation support. Manage office supplies, stationery inventory, and coordinate procurement when required. Support meeting scheduling, calendar coordination, and travel/logistics as needed. Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and facility vendors to ensure smooth office operations, maintaining a clean, organized, and visitor-ready reception and meeting area at all times.

Prerequisites



Graduate in any discipline, or 12th pass with relevant experience. 1-3 years of experience in front office, administrative, or office coordination roles. Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Preferred: Candidates residing in the Borivali to Virar belt.

Pay: ?150,000.00 - ?275,000.00 per year
