About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and well-presented Admin cum Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations with professionalism while efficiently supporting day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees with warmth and professionalism.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely and courteous manner.
Maintain and organize office records, files, and supplies inventory.
Support administrative functions such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling travel or courier arrangements.
Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth office operations.
Ensure the reception area and office premises are well-maintained and presentable at all times.
Assist in organizing office events and general coordination.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. o Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
