Manage front desk, visitor records, and appointments
Handle courier, mail, and office documentation
Assist HR & Accounts team in admin-related work
Maintain office supplies, records & cleanliness
Coordinate with departments for day-to-day office needs
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Admin or Reception role
Good communication in English, Hindi & Gujarati
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Presentable, well-organized & professional attitude
