Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Assist in
day-to-day office operations
and documentation
Maintain records, files, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality
Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and internal communications
Help
manage inventory of office supplies and ensure timely replenishment
Procurement Assistance
Coordinate with
vendors for quotations, order placements, and deliveries
Assist in
preparing purchase orders and tracking procurement status
Maintain
procurement logs and update vendor databases
Support
invoice verification and liaise with the finance team
for payments
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in
BBA,Commerce, MBA logistics, supply chain or related field
Preferable
Male candidate with two wheeler
