Elematic is a leading provider of innovative precast concrete production technology, solutions, and services, helping clients improve efficiency and sustainability in the construction industry. We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Admin cum Procurement Officer to join our Execution Department in Elematic, India. This is a project-based position, and the selected candidate should be open to relocating based on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day administrative functions at the project site. Coordinate and manage procurement activities including sourcing, vendor management, and material delivery. Ensure compliance with company policies and construction project timelines. Maintain accurate documentation and inventory tracking.

Candidate Requirements:

Prior experience in the construction industry is mandatory. Strong knowledge of procurement practices, documentation, and vendor coordination. Ability to adapt to different project locations across India. Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
