Job Description

Responsibilities:



Manage executives' calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments. Coordinate complex travel itineraries, including flights and accommodations. Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations; attend meetings to take notes. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication. Organize and manage documents, files, and correspondence. Provide general administrative support, including drafting correspondence and preparing expense reports. Assist with special projects and initiatives, conducting research and preparing reports. Cultivate positive relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications:



Previous experience as an executive assistant or similar role. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications. Discretion and confidentiality. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
