We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Admin cum Personal Assistant
to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior management. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage day-to-day office operations while also handling a wide range of personal and professional tasks with discretion and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations and general administrative tasks
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
Maintain and update filing systems, records, and databases
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and other business documents
Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel logistics
Assist in office procurement and vendor coordination
Personal Assistant Duties:
Serve as the liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
Manage the executive's calendar, scheduling, and reminders effectively
Handle personal tasks including travel arrangements, errands, and confidential matters
Track tasks and ensure timely follow-ups and completions
Prepare briefing materials, background research, and documentation for meetings or events
Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality in all responsibilities
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Personal Assistant
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools
High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities without constant supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce (B.Com), or a related field
