Admin cum Personal Assistant
to support our CEO and manage front-office administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be professional, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities: Personal Assistant to CEO:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the CEO
Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings
Coordinate travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations
Prepare minutes, reports, and required documentation
Handle confidential information with professionalism
Administrative / Front Office Role:
Greet and assist visitors and clients at the front office
Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain office records, files, and documents
Oversee courier handling, stationary, and office supplies
Support basic administrative tasks such as data entry and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Male candidates preferred
1-2 years of experience in Administrative or PA roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional attitude and ability to handle pressure
