Job Description

- Manage and coordinate executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle and prioritize all incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, and mail).
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure all required materials are ready.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis.
- Maintain office supplies and oversee general office operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
- Provide administrative support to the executive team and perform additional tasks as assigned.SG Pneumatics
Qualifications:
- Graduate with 4+ years of experience
- Female candidates preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar role is desirable.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Note: This is a contractual role for 6 months.
