We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized
Admin cum Computer Operator
to support our
servicing department
. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, maintain service records, coordinate with field technicians, and handle basic computer operations including data entry, report generation, and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day administrative activities related to service operations.
Maintain and update customer service records and job sheets.
Coordinate service schedules and assign tasks to technicians.
Prepare service reports, invoices, and client communication.
Manage inventory records for spare parts and tools.
Attend calls/emails and log service complaints or inquiries.
Use MS Office, basic software (e.g., Excel, Word), and internal service software (if any).
Follow up with clients for feedback and pending payments (if applicable).
Ensure all documentation is complete and up to date.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
Basic knowledge of service or repair workflows is a plus.
Good communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently.
Typing speed: 30-40 WPM preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in a service/repair center or maintenance department.
Knowledge of billing and basic accounts is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM or service ticketing tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
