Download and maintain daily attendance and biometric records
Maintain leave records, HR reports, and workforce documentation
Monitor daily office activities and share updates with Management (MBK) and HR
Ensure office facilities such as AC, drinking water, and other utilities are well maintained
Coordinate with IT/network teams for internet or hardware-related issues
Handle visitor management and front-desk operations professionally
Ensure proper storage and management of Zoom meeting recordings
Asset & Resource Management
Manage employee joining and relieving formalities (ID cards, biometric/door access, asset allocation and collection)
Share and manage Wi-Fi credentials and access groups
Maintain asset reports and track asset requests
Coordinate gadget distribution and collection
Maintain birthday and anniversary records and arrange celebrations
Meetings & Scheduling
Schedule internal meetings and interviews
Send meeting reminders and follow-ups as per agenda
Prepare meeting rooms and required resources
Interview & Onboarding Support
Assist candidates with form filling and test coordination
Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience
in administration, operations, or office coordination
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Basic knowledge of HR administration and office operations
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Skills Required
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
