Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Administrative Support:

Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.

Executive Assistance:

Provide comprehensive support to senior executives, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.

Communication:

Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external clients, managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.

Document Management:

Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

Coordination:

Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.

Office Management:

Oversee office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.

Customer Service:

Handle inquiries and provide support to clients and visitors.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
