The Admin cum Operation Executive will be responsible for managing administrative activities and supporting day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth business functioning. The role involves coordination with internal teams, vendors, clients, and management, along with maintaining documentation, reporting and process execution.
Handle daily office administration, emails, documentation and filing (digital & physical).
Manage attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and staff database.
Maintain office supplies, stationery, and other inventory.
Coordinate travel & accommodation arrangements for staff whenever required.
Prepare letters, circulars, notices and maintain record logs.
Operational Responsibilities
Support operations team in implementing processes and operational activities.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and service providers for smooth workflow.
Monitor day-to-day activities of departments and ensure timely task execution.
Assist in procurement, purchase requests and vendor follow-ups.
Maintain MIS reports and daily/weekly/monthly operational dashboards.
Inspect work areas when necessary and ensure compliance with company SOPs.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduation in any discipline (mandatory).
2 - 4 years
of experience in Admin / Operations / Coordination role.
Experience in hospitality / manufacturing / corporate office (preferred, not mandatory).

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
