We are looking for a responsible and well-organized
Office cum Administrator
with at least
3 years of experience
to manage daily office operations, coordinate with vendors, and support basic documentation work. The ideal candidate must have working knowledge of
Microsoft Excel and Word
, and fluency in
Hindi, Kannada, and English
.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle general administrative and office coordination duties.
Coordinate with vendors for
material delivery
, follow-up, and tracking.
Prepare Delivery Challans (DC)
and maintain delivery records.
Issue Purchase Orders (PO)
to vendors based on approvals.
Prepare
quotations for clients
as per requirement.
Maintain records of quotations, POs, and deliveries.
Manage office documentation, filing, and reports in Excel & Word.
Attend phone calls, visitors, and maintain office front desk operations.
Maintain attendance, leave records, courier tracking, and office supplies.
Provide basic support to the accounts, purchase, or HR team when needed.
Skills Required:
Good working knowledge of
Microsoft Excel & Word
Ability to communicate in
Hindi, Kannada, and English

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
