Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
Assist in preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups
Maintain confidential files and records
Administrative Support
Coordinate office supplies, courier services, and vendor interactions
Support basic documentation, filing, and data entry tasks
Help organize meetings, events, and internal communications
Ensure cleanliness, hospitality, and readiness of meeting rooms
Basic Excel & Reporting
Maintain simple trackers, logs, and reports using MS Excel
Assist in compiling data for presentations and reports
Support expense tracking and petty cash documentation
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce or Business preferred)
6 months to 2 years of experience in executive or admin support
Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Professional attitude, punctuality, and attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
