We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Admin cum HR Intern / Junior Executive
to support daily administrative and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good coordination ability, and a willingness to learn and grow within the logistics domain.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities
Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
Support onboarding and exit formalities.
Support employee engagement activities and communication.
Handle office administration tasks - filing, documentation, purchases, stationery, housekeeping coordination.
Manage visitor handling, courier, and basic front office duties.
Coordinate with internal teams for operational support.
Assist in preparing reports, letters, circulars, and internal communication.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.
Skills & Competencies
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Willingness to learn HR & admin processes in the logistics industry.
Qualifications
For Interns:
Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree
Freshers are welcome.
For Junior Executive:
0-1 year of experience in HR or Administration.
Experience in logistics industry is an added advantage.
Must possess a valid 2-wheeler license.
