Job Role: HR Executive

Experience of 5+ years in HR and Recruitment Processes Expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Expertise in co-ordination in joining, induction, confirmation, and exit processes Manage payroll inputs, attendance validation, and leave management Expertise in defining various HR policies, procedures, and SOPs Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes Expertise in defining employee engagement initiatives and internal communication Coordinate training programs and performance appraisal cycles Knowledge of the compliances required

with labor laws and statutory requirements

Prepare HR reports, MIS, and documentation for audits

Required Skills

Good knowledge of HR processes and HR operations, recruitment portals and sourcing techniques Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Good organizational and time management skills

Nice to have skills

People-centric, detail-oriented and process-driven Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field MBA / PGDM in HR is preferred

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
