We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Admin cum HR Executive
to manage day-to-day administrative operations while supporting basic HR functions. The role demands strong coordination skills, the ability to handle multiple responsibilities, and a proactive approach to ensure the office runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Administration:
Manage overall office operations, facilities, and vendor relationships.
Handle procurement of office supplies, equipment, and ensure timely maintenance.
Oversee travel bookings, logistics, and event/meeting arrangements.
Maintain records, documentation, filing systems, and general correspondence.
Ensure compliance with office safety, housekeeping, and infrastructure requirements.
Assist management in daily operational and executive tasks.
Human Resources:
Assist in recruitment coordination (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, documentation).
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and assist in payroll processing.
Support in onboarding and exit formalities of employees.
Help organize employee engagement activities and maintain a positive workplace environment.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business Management, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in Administration with exposure to HR functions.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Google Docs, Google Sheets, PowerPoint) and basic HR tools.
Ability to work independently with attention to detail and confidentiality.
