Job Title: Admin cum HR Coordinator

Location: 95-C Mittal Tower, Nariman Point, Mumbai- 400021

Experience: 1-3 Years

Salary: 25,000-30,000/-

Key Responsibility

Manage the admin work, including phone calls, visitor handling, and couriers.
Ensure smooth functioning of office operations, housekeeping, and facility management.
Handle travel arrangements, meeting setups, and event logistics.
Welcome and assist guests, clients, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are clean, presentable, and well-equipped for guest arrivals.
Maintain documentation for office bills, utilities, insurance, and service contracts.
Coordinate closely with the HR Manager for HR-related updates and tasks and maintain employee files.
Manage joining formalities: collection and verification of joining forms, documents, ID proofs, photographs, and bank details and other documents to HR.
Act as a link between employees and HR for queries and support.
Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
Handle scheduling, appointments, and calendar management for senior staff.

Requirements



Graduate in HR/Administration or relevant field.
1-3 years of experience in Admin/HR role.
Good communication, coordination, and multitasking skills and Strong presentation skills
Proficient in MS Office; Outlook
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
