Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and courier deliveries.
Maintain visitor logbooks and ensure security protocols are followed.
Manage reception area cleanliness and professional appearance.
Administrative Support:
Coordinate with vendors, courier services, and housekeeping staff.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as required.
Assist in organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars.
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documentation.
Facility & Office Coordination:
Ensure proper functioning of office equipment (printers, telephones, etc.).
Coordinate maintenance and repair work when needed.
Support arrangements for office events, travel bookings, and visitor hospitality.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience in front office or administrative roles (preferably in FMCG or corporate sector).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and pleasant personality.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
