Front office responsibilities
Greeting and welcoming visitors Answering and directing phone calls and managing emails
Maintaining a visitor log and issuing badges
Managing the reception and waiting area to ensure it is clean and organized
Administrative responsibilities
Scheduling appointments and managing calendars for key personnel
Ordering and managing office supplies and inventory
Filing, data entry, and document preparation
Coordinating with vendors, maintenance, and housekeeping staff Performing other clerical duties to support management and staff
Key skills and qualifications
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is often required
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Customer service skills and a professional demeanor
The ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
