Role Summary
The role combines IT system administration with front office management. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT infrastructure operations, user support, and also managing reception, visitor handling, and basic administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
A. System Administration
Manage and monitor IT infrastructure including servers, desktops, printers, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and firewall.
Perform software installation, updates, antivirus checks, and routine system backups.
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and provide timely IT support to staff.
Maintain asset inventory of IT equipment and ensure proper AMC/vendor coordination.
Assist in data security, user account management, and email configuration.
Liaise with vendors for procurement, repairs, and upgrades.
B. Front Office & Administration
Manage front desk operations - receiving visitors, handling calls, emails, and courier.
Maintain visitor logbook, ID cards, and ensure professional reception service.
Support HR/Administration team with scheduling interviews, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Maintain office supplies, stationery, and coordinate with vendors.
Handle basic correspondence, filing, and documentation.
Provide general administrative support to management.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, networking, and MS Office.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and balance IT/admin duties.
Professional etiquette and front-office management skills.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Graduate in IT/Computer Science or equivalent.
Experience: 1-3 years in IT/system admin role, with exposure to front office or administration.
Added Advantage: Knowledge of ERP, VoIP systems, or cloud services.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
