Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth
Handle incoming calls, emails, and courier services
Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed
Manage meeting room bookings and ensure readiness for client visits
Administrative Support
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and services
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and follow-ups
Support HR and finance teams with documentation and filing
Handle petty cash and basic bookkeeping tasks
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain records of attendance, leave applications, and employee data
Prepare daily/weekly reports on office operations
Ensure proper documentation and filing of company records
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
1-3 years of experience in administration or front office roles
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude
