Responsibilities
Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
Manage day-to-day administrative operations, documentation, and record-keeping
Perform basic bookkeeping activities and Petty Cash Management
Handle procurement of office supplies and coordinate with vendors
Maintain Attendance/Biometrics database
Facility management and ensure smooth office functioning
Support HR and management in scheduling meetings, interviews, and other office-related tasks
Manage reception desk activities, including attending calls, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries
Requirements
Proven experience as Admin executive or in a similar role in a consulting firm
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
Working knowledge of office equipment (e.g. printer etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Reliable with patience and professionalism
Pay: ₹20,000.00 to ?30,000.00 per month
