Admin cum Front Office Executive

to manage daily office operations and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth non-technical functioning and providing support to business activities. This position will primarily involve

administrative responsibilities (80%)

, along with

front desk management (20%)

.

The ideal candidate should be

organized, proactive, and efficient

, capable of handling administrative duties with accuracy and speed, while also presenting a professional and welcoming front office presence.

Experience



Minimum 5+ years' experience in Admin role or similar role

Qualification



Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree

Preference



As the face of the company, candidate should be presentable and dynamic Experience in Architectural / Interior Firm or Consultancy will be preferred Candidate from Faridabad and nearby location will be preferred

Immediate joiners will be preferred*

Responsibilities



Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency Manage day-to-day administrative operations, documentation, and record-keeping Perform basic bookkeeping activities and Petty Cash Management Handle procurement of office supplies and coordinate with vendors Maintain Attendance/Biometrics database Facility management and ensure smooth office functioning Support HR and management in scheduling meetings, interviews, and other office-related tasks Manage reception desk activities, including attending calls, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries

Requirements



Proven experience as Admin executive or in a similar role in a consulting firm Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Outstanding knowledge of MS Office Working knowledge of office equipment (e.g. printer etc.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task Reliable with patience and professionalism

Pay: ₹20,000.00 to ?30,000.00 per month
