Key Responsibilities:
Front Office Management:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
Administrative Support:
Handle office documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
Manage office supplies inventory and procurement.
Coordinate travel arrangements for employees.
HR & Coordination Support:
Assist in onboarding new employees and handling basic HR documentation.
Coordinate with departments for internal communications.
Support management in daily operations and tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
1-3 years of experience in front office and administrative roles.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
