Front Office & Guest Handling
Greet, welcome, and assist guests in a polite and professional manner
Manage visitor entry, logs, and front desk protocols
Ensure guest comfort and promptly address their needs
Handle incoming calls and route them appropriately
Stock & Office Management
Monitor, maintain, and manage office and hospitality stock
Ensure timely availability of supplies and report requirements
Maintain basic inventory records
Coordination & Operations
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth daily operations
Support operational activities as required
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and decorum at the front office
Compliance & Professional Standards
Adhere to company policies and hospitality standards
Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times
Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and ethical work practices
