Handling daily cash transactions and maintaining cash books
Preparing vouchers, receipts, and payment entries
Managing day-to-day accounting entries in Tally / accounting software
Bank reconciliation and cash reconciliation
Monitoring expenses and petty cash
Assisting in monthly financial reports
Administration:
Managing office administration and documentation
Maintaining employee records and attendance
Coordinating with vendors and service providers
Handling inward & outward records
Supporting HR and management in daily admin activities
Cash Handling:
Responsible for cash collection, disbursement, and safe custody
Ensuring accurate cash balance and timely reporting
Compliance with company cash handling procedures
Requirements:
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / Any relevant degree
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in Admin & Accounting / Finance role
Must have
cash handling experience
(mandatory)
Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and basic GST
Good communication and organizational skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14,876.39 - ₹20,543.92 per month
