Job Description

We are hiring an Admin cum Documentation Executive to manage daily administrative tasks, maintain accurate documentation, and support academic and training operations. Candidates with strong organizational skills and prior documentation experience will be given preference.

Responsibilities

Prepare, manage, and update student records, certificates, attendance, and internal documents. Handle admission documentation, filing, and verification processes. Draft letters, emails, reports, and official communications. Maintain digital and physical filing systems with accuracy. Support exam coordination, results documentation, and certificate issuance. Manage data entry and ensure documents are error-free and aligned with institutional standards. Assist HR/Training teams with documentation for training programs and placements.. Ensure confidentiality and compliance of all documents and records.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (any discipline).

Minimum 1 year experience in documentation roles.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent typing speed, accuracy, and attention to detail

(Experience in educational institutions/training centres is an added advantage.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
