Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin cum CRM Executive to handle day-to-day
administrative tasks and manage client communication effectively. The role requires excellent
coordination, communication, and record-keeping skills to ensure smooth office operations and
superior client service.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
o Manage daily office operations, correspondence, filing, and documentation.
o Handle scheduling, travel arrangements, and vendor coordination.
o Maintain records of office expenses, petty cash, and other administrative reports.
o Support management in preparing reports, letters, and presentations.
Client Relationship Management (CRM)
o Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails to clients for inquiries, updates, and follow-ups.
o Maintain client data in the Excel/CRM system and ensure all information is updated accurately.
o Assist in preparing client proposals, quotations, and follow-up reports.
o Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
o Build positive relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication.
Key Skills & Competencies
o Strong verbal and written communication (English & Hindi).
o Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
o Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
o Attention to detail with a customer-first approach.
o Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
Qualifications & Experience
o Graduate in any discipline
o 1-2 years of experience in administration and/or client servicing roles.
o Experience with CRM tools or customer communication software is an advantage.
Employment Type: Full-time (10 am to 7 pm)
Salary Range: 17-20 K per month
