This role combines office management and client coordination. You'll ensure smooth day-to-day operations, keep documentation accurate, and act as the main contact for client updates and follow-ups. If you're organized, proactive, and strong in communication, this position is a solid match.
Key Responsibilities
A. Administration
Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure all supplies, facilities, and infrastructure needs are met.
Maintain company records, compliance files, documentation, and vendor agreements.
Manage travel bookings, petty cash, reimbursements, and expense documentation.
Prepare internal reports on daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Ensure all departments follow standardized SOPs and reporting timelines.
Support management in audits, documentation, and operational tracking.
B. Client Relations
Follow up with clients on approvals, deliverables, and satisfaction levels.
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, respond to inquiries, and ensure timely updates.
Coordinate between internal departments to ensure client requirements are met without delay.
Maintain accurate CRM entries for all client interactions, calls, updates, and follow-ups.
Collect client feedback post-delivery and share improvement reports with respective teams.
Assist in preparing client presentations, reports, and MOM (Minutes of Meetings).
Escalate issues or delays to the concerned Head of Department before they impact client satisfaction.
Requirements
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Good organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
Candidates living near Perinthalmanna will be given preference.
Working Hours:
9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
